§7 UWG verlangt, dass ein Mensch den Kontakt herstellt. Die Konsole zeigt, wen man anrufen *darf*; den Anruf beginnt eine namentlich angemeldete Person. Es gibt bewusst keine Funktion, die das automatisiert — auch nicht über die API.§7 UWG requires a human to initiate the contact. The console shows who you *may* call; a named, signed-in person starts the call. There is deliberately no feature that automates this — not even through the API.
Diese Genehmigung ist die Initiierung, die das Gesetz verlangt. Deshalb ist sie keine Bequemlichkeitsfunktion, die man später „für Effizienz" wegkonfigurieren kann — sie ist der Grund, warum der Ablauf zulässig ist.
That approval is the initiation the law requires. So it is not a convenience step to be configured away later "for efficiency" — it is the reason the workflow is lawful at all.

Ein Widerspruch wird im selben Schritt auf die Sperrliste gesetzt, in dem er erfasst wird. Er wartet auf keine Freigabe: eine Warteschlange, die eine Bitte um Ruhe verzögert, ist genau der Fall, in dem das Warten selbst der Schaden ist.
An opt-out lands on the suppression list in the same step in which it is recorded. It waits for no approval: a queue that delays someone's request to be left alone is precisely where the waiting is itself the harm.

- Bestandskunde heißt dokumentiert. Die KI-Offenlegung nach EU AI Act Art. 50 kommt vom Server und wird gerendert, bevor die Besucherin tippen kann.
